Leadership can be lonely. Especially when a leader decides to prioritize the most important things, because not everyone sees the importance. Leaders need encouragement to do what’s best for the organization. Building a personal team of encouragers and advisors is something every leader should consider doing. A great place to start building that team is with a coach. As a leadership coach I love helping leaders focus on what’s most important, and encouraging them in their journey to lead better.

Group Coaching
Sometimes another voice is what your team or staff needs to hear. Another voice aligned with yours encouraging the culture you are striving to build for them. I offer group coaching sessions, workshops, and professional development that will move your team forward together. By helping your team focus on what’s most important they will learn that the more they commit to being part of the team the more efficient they will become.

Where do we do these sessions?
Typically through video calls. I prefer Zoom but can use another service if necessary. We can meet in person if you are located in the greater Phoenix, AZ area.
How long are sessions?
1 hour.
How do I schedule my sessions?
I use an online scheduler. Simply choose your day and time and your appointment is officially booked. I try to make the process as simple as possible.
Can I do just one, one hour session?
No. One-on-One coaching packages start with 4 hours/4 sessions. The coaching relationship needs time. And the growth and transformation we strive for happens through a commitment to consistent coaching sessions.
Do you work with teams/groups?
Yes. I offer group coaching, workshops, and professional development for teams and staff. These can be done in one all day session or spread out over several sessions. We can discuss what works best for your team.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can pay per session, but you must commit to the minimum package.
